HXNM43006-A is a GaN HEMT designed specifically with high gain, high efficiency and wide bandwidth capabilities, which makes it ideal for Ku-band Satcom and other communication applications. This GaN HEMT is matched to 50ohm, for ease of use. It is designed for CW mode power amplifier operation with great linearity.
