Hisiwell has introduced the HXN42041, a newly developed GaN internally matched power transistor designed as a Pin-to-Pin replacement for the CGHV96100F2.
The HXN42041 operates from 8.5–9.7 GHz and delivers typical saturated output power of 150 W+ (52 dBm), 9.7 dB power gain, and 42% PAE under 40 V operation. It offers excellent RF performance while maintaining compatibility, enabling a smooth replacement in existing designs.
The HXN42041 is an ideal choice for radar, electronic warfare, and other high-power microwave applications requiring a reliable alternative to the CGHV96100F2.
