Overview
HXH369PQ5 is a broadband power amplifier plastic-encapsulated chip, with a package size of 5mm × 5mm, manufactured using GaAs technology. The chip operates over a frequency range of 2 GHz to 6 GHz. The chip uses dual power supply, with a typical operating voltage of VD=+8V, VG=-0.8V; in continuous wave mode, it can provide 22dB small-signal gain and 33dBm 1dB gain compression point output power. This chip can be applied in radar microwave transceiver modules and high-power solid-state transmitters. The chip is made using domestic technology, meeting the requirements for localized applications. The central pad of the chip is AC-grounded as well as DC-grounded, requiring good grounding during use.
