Overview
HXH366CQ4 is a GaAs power amplifier chip, operating at 3.4~8.5GHz with dual-bias power supply. With a +6V supply, it can provide 28dB of gain and 26dBm output at 1dB compression point. Its performance and package interface can replace the foreign product EMM5078X. The chip uses a QFN 4*4 package. The central pad on the back of the chip is a reference ground and should be well grounded during use.
