Overview
HXNM44024-F8 is a high-performance GaAs power amplifier MMIC, operating over a frequency range of 8–12 GHz. It supports both continuous wave (CW) and pulse operation modes. Under pulse operation, with VD = +8 V, VG = –0.75 V, and IDQ = 2.3 A, the device exhibits a typical small-signal gain of 25.5 dB, a typical saturated output power of 40.5 dBm, and a typical saturated power-added efficiency (PAE) of 41%. The amplifier is housed in a ceramic package, with gold-plated lead pads, and is suitable for standard reflow soldering processes.
