Overview
The HXNM44015 is a Ka-band GaN broadband power amplifier chip with a frequency range of 26GHz to 40GHz. It has a typical small-signal gain of 22dB and a typical saturated output power of 40.5dBm, and can operate in both continuous wave and pulse modes.
