Overview
The HXNM42037 is a Q-band GaN power amplifier chip with a frequency range of 40GHz to 53GHz, a typical small-signal gain of 22dB, and a typical saturated output power of 42dBm.
The chip has a port impedance of 50Ω and is grounded via a through-hole on the back metal.
All chips are 100% RF tested and operate in both pulse and continuous wave modes.
