The HXNM44023-A is a high-performance GaN power amplifier chip with a frequency range of 8~12GHz, operating in both pulse and continuous wave modes. In pulse mode, it offers a small-signal gain of 36dB, a saturated output power of 48.5dBm, and a power-added efficiency of 43%. In continuous wave mode, it achieves a small-signal gain of 32dB, a saturated output power of 47.5dBm, and a power-added efficiency of 38%.
This power amplifier is housed in a hermetically sealed metal-ceramic package with metallized lead pads, making it suitable for reflow soldering.
